HOURLY ENGAGEMENTS
Most sophisticated regulatory, securities and transactional matters are billed hourly.
Hourly engagements are appropriate where the scope is evolving, where strategic judgment and negotiation are central to the work, or where the matter cannot reliably be defined in advance.
FIXED OR CAPPED FEES
Fixed-fee or capped arrangements may be available for discrete matters with a sufficiently defined scope, including certain regulatory analyses, offering documents, entity or investment-vehicle work and other repeatable engagements.
The appropriate structure depends on the complexity and predictability of the matter.
RECURRING ENGAGEMENTS
For clients or law firms with predictable recurring needs—such as ongoing SEC reporting or a regular flow of U.S. securities matters—Venture Far can offer retainer, monthly-cap or other recurring arrangements tailored to the anticipated workload.
